Our Business management framework sets out:
- the key policies, procedures, standards and practices that apply to the ABG group as a whole;
- the way in which we expect all of our employees to do business.
Every member of the ABG group must comply with the framework; this includes: our material operations, support functions, and every ABG director, officer, employee and any other member of ABG personnel. Specific obligations also extend to ABG contractors, other associated parties and members of ABG supply chains.
Compliance with the framework is essential. Failure to observe its requirements may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. It may also cause or result in violations of applicable law and regulation, which in turn could result in civil or criminal penalties for ABG as well as the employees involved.
