Our energy requirements are met by fossil fuels and through purchased electricity.
We produce and consume energy within our site boundaries; in the main, this is through mobile diesel use and electricity generation. We also source energy from TANESCO, Tanzania’s National Power Utility. This accounts for 85% of our total electricity usage and is sourced largely from renewable hydro-power.
