DSE Listing

African Barrick Gold is pleased to confirm that dealings in the ordinary shares of ABG on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange commenced on the 7th December 2011. Tradings will take place in the form of DSE Depository Receipts. This represents an important step in establishing a framework to promote broader liquidity and ownership of our shares in Tanzania as part of our longer term commitment to the country.

Following the listing, ABG will continue to have its premium listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and a Secondary listing on the DSE.
