For this purpose we have adopted a number of practices and procedures which apply to all procurement activities and supply chain management. These are outlined in our Responsible Procurement overview. These standards require all ABG supply chain employees to conduct their business in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and high ethical standards, protect ABG’s reputation, and develop and maintain good relations with all of our suppliers. Overall, ABG’s standards require supply chain employees to act in the best interests of ABG in their dealings with suppliers and to ensure that all contact with suppliers is fair, open, honest and ethical. We have also adopted a Supplier Code of Ethics and specific requirements as regards environment and health and safety.
